Artist?!?!

Luke has always had an obsession with drawing. Whether it be with Crayolas, pencils/pens or a drawing tablet. We have been trying to show him how to draw a circle and add eyes, nose & a mouth. Here recently I have seen his drawing tablet with a pretty good smile face on it. I asked Todd if he had helped Luke make it and he told me no. Still not so sure I didn't think much more about until today. I was in their play room with them playing. Luke sit at his activity table with his tablet. While he was drawing I heard him say circle, eyes, nose and mouth! To my surprise this is his art work. He ran out of room for the body, so that is it off to the side. Call me a crazy proud mommy, but I think this is pretty darn good for a 3 year old! Am I crazy? What do you think? You see it too, right?

Tucker has always loved drawing as well and this past month started drawing himself as well! He does the same thing, naming each part as he draws it! I just love being able to see these real pictures from him now! Great job Luke!

I think it's amazing! Of course I will think my girls are geniuses when they stop eating the crayons and start coloring.

That's so cool to be able to discern what something is...great job, Luke! :)

I am doing well at this stage to get the girls to color on a certain part of the page. :) I'm just salivating to be able to do "crafts" with them one day!!!

Wow! That is great! Now I'll have to teach my kids to do it. :)

Looks good to me! My guys love to draw on their DoodlePros, but so far, I need explanations (and a really good imagination) to actually see their works of art. I think Luke's drawing is fantastic! You have every right to be proud!
