I really hope you don't think this is lame...

I have to sleep with fan noise in the background. I will lie in bed awake forever if there is only silence. Todd and I have gone through several stand up floor models in our married life. We have always just bought the less expensive floor fan, but we all know you get what you pay for. I bought the last one less than 6 months ago and paid less an $15 for it. It quit working this week, so of course it had to be replaced ASAP. This time I decided it was time to buy a more empressive, expensive model. I spent $26 this go around..OMG it is the best $26 I have ever spent!! O.K., maybe that is taking it a little far, but the noise that comes out of this fan would put a baby asleep! It is heaven!!! I am so in love. I seriously will cry when this fan dies on me! So there you have it....the object just for " ME"!!

Dollimama announced this week about the GREAT halfway there "ME" giveaway event celebrating all of us! I am so very excited and hope you are too!! YAY!! :)

Not lame!

You know what is? Me having to sleep with the noise from the baby monitor even when the twins are at their grandparent's house for the night.

Ok, so maybe we are both a little lame...

I'm the EXACT same way! This sounds crazy, but hit up some old lady's yard sale next time. The old fans never die and make a bunch of noise, enough to drowned out the hubs!!

Great me purchase, lol. I am the exact opposite, I need the dead silence. My husband snoring annoys me, lol. Have a great weekend!

This makes me laugh! As someone who likes it quiet (and even uses earplugs sometimes to get rid of the hum of the refrigerator), I don't know the pain that comes from the death of a beloved white noise making fan. :o) But, what's important is that you got something you really wanted and needed for yourself. And if it helps you sleep, all the better! We all know how important a good night's sleep is to being a good parent. :o)

Have a good weekend!

I need a fan too. We have a ceiling fan in our room right now, and I freak out if Hubby turns it off. I can't sleep without it. It's the main reason I hate hotels, no fans!

So excited about the giveaway link up!

What about when you travel? Do you bring it with you?
