Wow girls, I don't know about you, but how in the world are we already 24 weeks into 2011?!?!
It seems the older I get the faster a year goes!! Always thought "old" people were stupid saying that! Ha! The joke is on me! It does make me appreciate every moment every day for sure!!
I actually did 2 things for ME this week!
1) My dear hubby and I went to the movies to see Hangover 2. OMG...let me tell you I so needed that laugh! It was so funny. We laughed are butts off in Hangover 1 and 2 did not disappoint! Of course I know it's not for all people, but hubby and I love us a HILARIOUS movie!! Fun times!!
2) This is a huge one!! Something all of you ladies have done and I have commented saying how much I needed and wanted one! I finally got a pedicure...felt a little sorry for the dude that had to deal with these feet, but OMG it felt so good!! I went on my lunch hour with a good friend at work! It was a very good lunch, indeed! Almost wanted to kiss the guy as I was leaving! Ha!
I am so VERY excited for the celebrate ME linkup giveaway. I hope you are too!!! I just received what I am giving away in the mail yesterday! Now I just have to resist using it myself, so I don't have to buy something else!! :)

The pedicure sounds wonderful! Good for you. You know, I've only ever paid for one of those once in my life! {does that makes me less of a woman?} At least I mostly keep up with them on my own I guess! It does feel heavenly though when someone else does them... and the paraffin foot treatments are to DIE for!

I get pedi's relatively often (at least every couple of months), but it's the MOVIE that I'm jealous of! :) Haven't been to one since the girls were born...and I think stealing away in a dark theater would do wonders for my psyche! :)

Rod and I loved Hangover 1- we are excited to see Hangover 2. It will probably not be until it comes to Netflix, but a movie that can make me laugh straight through is always welcome!
I haven't had a pedicure in so long. That sounds lovely! I'm glad you enjoyed it. Now wear flip-flops for a couple of weeks to show off your pretty feet!

I didn't think #2 was as funny as #1, but totally agree the movie was hilarious. Glad you enjoyed a movie with the hubby and YAY for your pedicure outing! Hope you had a great weekend!
Glad to hear you had a great time at the movies. Hubby and I haven't been out to a movie in ages. I'm guessing we'll see Hangover 2 once it's out on DVD. We love watching silly movies like that on Saturday nights. :o)
