ME challenge - Week 2


One of my New Years resolutions was to get back on track losing the weight I gained last year. I have no excuses to why I gained the weight...just didn't watch my eating and portion intake. Plus the lack of exercise didn't help! My goal is to lose 15 pounds by the end of February. So this week I have been eating my lean cuisine for lunch everyday at my desk. I had all intentions to use my lunch hour today to run errands for the family. Instead 2 of my friends at work asked me to join them for lunch, so I did. This made my Friday go faster and much more enjoyable! Thanks Brandi and Tonya for making my Friday better. Plus letting me choose a place that I could eat an non-guilty selection. I hope this counts as a ME time. I think it does.

Miss Molly and I can go run those errands together tomorrow! Totally worth it....we get some girlie time together!

Girlfriend time is SO good for the soul! And as long as YOU count it as ME time, that's all that counts!!! Now enjoy your girlie time with Molly, too! :)

Sounds like a much better option than running errands! Good for you with the Lean Cuisine too (how do you find it?)
