I don't think M or L had time to miss us at all! My niece Kayla and her boyfriend Branden helped Nannie in the entertaining department! The below pictures are in opposite order of the events, but it will still work. Friday they went over to Nannie and Granddad's to swim and ride bikes. Then today they went to the park to play and feed the ducks! I know they had a ball! Todd and I express our thanks to Nannie, Granddad, Kayla & Branden for making the trip so much easier on us! We had a very grand time while our kids had a very grand time!! Fun times all around!

Good for you! I'm so jealous! I really, really wish that T and I could go off on a little weekend trip (or even longer), but we just don't have any good childcare options for an overnight. We did spend a night, just the two of us, in a hotel while visiting family in Iowa. The kids stayed with my aunt and uncle (which was where we were all staying for the majority of our trip), but we put them to bed and then were back relatively early in the morning. It wasn't much alone time for us, but I'm still glad we did it.
