Is it wrong to already think about my kids teenage years? (note the message on Luke shirt) I am already dreading it. I don't want to share my little boy with another girl. I feel stupid already thinking about it, since he is only 2 and 1/2. I just know how fast the last 2 years has gone. I feel like it will be tomorrow and I will be sending them off to college. Why does the time have to go so fast? I want to remember every detail of their being and I so afraid of forgetting. It is making me want another baby really bad, but for me it is not that easy. I know I am not alone, but it doesn't make it any easier. Nor does it stop me from feeling sorry for myself. I know this - I will not take for granted any time I have with my 2 babies.

I completely understand...both the craziness of fast-forwarding to their teenage years...and the wanting another baby.
I just read a feature in a magazine, three essays on empty nesters. I realize my identifying with that may seem crazy to some folks, but I just know it will be here in no time flat. Unbelieveable!
And on the second point, there are four or five blogs I read, twin moms who are just announcing their pregnancies. I'm happy for them, but also a little sad.
But I agree...those points do help keep things in perspective.

Love the pics! the kiddos are both so cute and i know what you mean by growing up so fast. i feel like EC is just changing so much and her first birthday will be here before i know it! crazy how fast time flies with little ones! hope y'all are doing well!
